Whether you’re a high school or college athlete, or just want to perform at an athletic level, the Fountain of Youth Fitness 12-Week Athletic Training Program can help athletes get leaner, stronger, and faster while reducing the risk of injuries.
Our coaches work with athletes at the high school, college, and professional level. They specialize in strength and conditioning, mobility, range of motion and working together to develop a customized program for you.
They'll teach athletes proper exercise techniques and educate you on proper training practices, empowering them with the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term success.
Training is offered in a fully equipped facility to help athletes reach their goals and to obtain optimal results. Plus, our athletes get the hard to find personalized attention they need with an average coach to athlete ratio of 1:3.
Phase 1: Assessment
We will perform a functional movement and performance evaluation to assess your strengths, weaknesses, and ways to improve. This phase needs to be completed before training.
Phase 2: Personalized Programming
We will put together a personalized workout routine based on your assessment that allows you to see progressive improvements during the program.
Phase 3: Training and Coaching
Based on the program we put together we will begin strength and conditioning training and provide coaching to help you learn and reach optimal performance.
Sessions are approximately 45 minutes long, and occur on the following days and times.
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 11 am, 2 pm - 5 pm
