Sometimes we need a break from what we're going through that keeps us feeling trapped. Come let go of all the negativity in your life and have fun. Join us for a high energy boxing session to Upbeat Hip Hop and Soca music in a positive, judgment-free environment.
The class starts with a 10 min warm up, followed by Trap boxing for about 30 minutes, then 15 minutes of Soca and lastly a 5-10 minute cool down. All levels are welcome.
